Maintenance & Support
Professionally managing the everyday life of your network
Red-M offers a range of support and maintenance options to ensure the smooth running and ongoing reliability of your network. Our technical maintenance and support services encompass complete operational support for networks, hardware and software. Amongst the various options are the following:
Select – scheduled maintenance
Select provides scheduled on-site visits for a pre-arranged number of hours each year for system administration and ‘housekeeping’ tasks, as well as special project work.These services may be offered in tandem with your own existing support teams or with external support agencies. Red-M’s Select maintenance and support service includes basic break fix maintenance through to sophisticated on-line monitoring. Optional modules include Intrusion and Interference detection. A Health & Safety Audit is also undertaken to ensure that all systems are operating within acceptable and legal parameters.
On-Demand – reactive maintenance
On-Demand provides the reactive level of service and ongoing maintenance support required to deliver continued system performance and reliability. This package includes services such as post-warranty technical support and repair, troubleshooting, software support, spares and on-site labour. With an On-Demand agreement, you are guaranteed priority access to the technical and hardware support necessary to ensure your network continues to achieve optimal rates of performance, reliability and quality of service. Customers with On-Demand maintenance agreements have priority access to specialist customer and technical support.
