Neil Clark

Neil is a Chief Executive Officer whose experience in senior financial roles is complemented by broad operational experience as CEO of a
successful start up company. Prior to joining Red-M, Neil Clark was CEO of Purple Voice Ltd, a provider of an enterprise class VoIP
application for the financial market. Neil joined Purple Voice as financial controller and helped the company from a pre-revenue stage,
through international expansion. He then led the company as CEO to an eventual sale to IPC Information Systems LLC, a Goldman Sachs backed
private equity business.
Before Purple Voice, Neil held senior financial management roles within PMSI, a UK based pharmaceutical market research business and the
BBC.
Neil qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and Touche, is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants
and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal.
Andrew Barnard
Managing Consultant

With more than 20 years experience in radio communications, and an extensive background of working for both
telecommunications operators and vendors, Andrew has overall responsibility for the development and delivery of
Red-M's consultancy services through its team of highly skilled consultants.
After gaining a wide range of specialist radio expertise in his early career - including areas such as product design,
simulation of GSM networks and the study of propagation effects - Andrew further broadened his experience with product management
and business development roles in GSM infrastructure and broadband product companies. In his most recent position, at Thales UK Ltd,
he was head of the team responsible for all UK and export sales, business development, product management, marketing, sales engineering
and trials for the defence tactical communications business line.
Andrew has a BSc in Applied Physics and Electronics from Durham University and is a Chartered Physicist and
Member of the Institute of Physics.
Gerry Nikitopoulos
International Development & UK Programme Director

With the recent initiative which Red-M has kicked off, Gerry is responsible for the International expansion of Red-M across key markets.
Gerry will be leveraging the exceptional UK track record Red-M has, in order to add value in other countries.
Gerry's multi-cultural background and experience in working with different people across the globe is enabling Red-M to increase its addressable market.
Gerry is also responsible for overall project delivery within Red-M's Operations team and holds the role of UK Programme Director.
His primary focus is on the successful delivery of the wireless solutions, across all technologies and services, which Red-M offers to its customers.
With over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry, including working for global organisations such as Lucent Technologies and Andrew Corporation,
Gerry progressed through a variety of roles covering areas such as radio system engineering and network planning.
Over the past few years he has held management positions where he was responsible for the delivery of radio design solutions and implementation services across a diverse range of customers, technologies and environments.
Prior to joining Red-M, Gerry was Business Manager at Alan Dick (UK), responsible for In-Building and Special Coverage solutions.
Gerry holds a 4 year National Higher Diploma qualification in Electrical Engineering from the Technikon of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
Dr. Steve Leach
Chief Technology Officer

Since joining Red-M in 2000, Steve has held a number of different technical and managerial roles within the organisation.
He has always been at the forefront of technology, from specifying Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G and WiMAX data collection systems to providing technical advice
and consultancy to a wide range of customers and successfully ran the RF survey and design operation within Red-M for several years where he was
responsible for a large multi-disciplined team.
As Chief Technology Officer, Steve now couples technical knowledge with a commercial understanding that allows him to architect service
delivery solutions that meet customer needs along with driving process and efficiency improvements throughout Red-M's business.
Dr. Leach received a Masters degree in Engineering with distinction and a PhD in "Optimum Control of Hand Portable Antennas for Satellite
and Terrestrial Communications" from University of Surrey in 2000 and is the author of several international patents and numerous technical
papers in learned journals and international conferences. He was supported through different stages of his studies by Nortel and Nokia.
Peter Sewell
Networks Director

Peter has 18 years of telecommunications experience which includes the commercial development of one of the largest private-managed IP
networks business' in the world for Cable & Wireless.
In addition to this Peter's experience includes the design and management of the European Space Agency satellite tracking communication system
in Germany, six years of IP design experience with AT&T in London, Switzerland and New York, as well as driving the Strategic Development
of Metro Wireless in numerous cities, towns and public spaces across the UK.
Peter holds a Tripartite MSc degree in Communications, an MBA from Henley Management College and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
